Almost a decade of experience, I have been able to help many families find their next home. As an original agent of the Sheila Davis Group, I am honored to be a local leader in the niche market of Lake Lanier and luxury sales. I was raised by parents who were real estate investors and have understood the importance of a smart real estate purchase from a young age. I studied Mass Communications at Piedmont College, where I spent time learning media studies and innovative marketing techniques. With my genuine interest in the field of Real Estate and enthusiasm to help others, I put my clients first and am dedicated to getting them to the closing table. I enjoy helping clients see potential in a house and turning it into a "home." My husband and I have lived in a lake community on the South end of Lanier, where we renovated a 1980's ranch. We have since moved back to North Hall, where we both were raised. I enjoy getting to know those who live in the community better by participating in several organizations. I have previously served as the Walk to End Alzheimer’s Chairperson, in memory of my grandmother who had Alzheimer’s. Additionally, I have enjoyed being involved in the community through these organizations:

As a self-proclaimed ‘cat lady’ I can also be found volunteering in the cat room at the Hall County Animal Shelter
